Caribbean Chocolate

Chocolate has been on my mind a lot lately (probably my consumption quantities have been severely restricted due to THE DIET). I had meant to write about this yummy chocolate I tried when I was in Panama, but I think I just plum forgot.


The Caribbean Chocolate Company has been making chocolate in panama from organic Cocoa beans grown and roasted locally. The chocolate is not like your everyday candy bar. It's more like a crumbly fudge, and likely to be what the Central American natives consumed many, many years ago.
